We are seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join a values-driven, profit-for-purpose NDIS registered organisation committed to quality, participant experience, and best practice. The position will be based in Sydney’s Inner West. This position sits within an established NDIS team and plays a critical role in the organisation’s service delivery. The role is well supported by strong leadership and an experienced Business Development Manager, meaning new client acquisition is not a core responsibility . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with participants with diverse support needs, contributing to high-quality, person-centred outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement NDIS supports in line with participant goals and funded plans. Support participants to understand their NDIS plans and make informed choices. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and service providers. Identify and address gaps, risks, and barriers to effective service delivery. Monitor plan utilisation and outcomes, ensuring supports remain appropriate and responsive. Maintain accurate, timely case notes and documentation in line with NDIS requirements. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. About You Minimum 12 months’ experience working as an NDIS Support Coordinator Strong working knowledge of the NDIS framework , funding categories, and service systems Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, with strong time management and documentation skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a small, collaborative team Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work, or a related field at a certificate IV level minimum.
