As a House Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a trauma-informed, healing-focused environment—guiding a dedicated team of Youth Workers and supporting young people who’ve experienced significant adversity. We provide flexible working options where 3 days of the week will be spent in the allocated house and 2 remaining days can be worked from home or any of our offices. Participation in periodic 24/7 on-call support is required. EMPOWER YOUTH. BUILD FUTURES. What You’ll Do: Lead and supervise daily operations of a therapeutic residential home. Mentor and coach Youth Workers and foster professional growth. Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance in line with child protection and safety standards. Collaborate with Therapeutic Specialist & Case Manager to deliver therapeutic case plans. What You’ll Bring: Tertiary qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Social Science, Welfare, Psychology, Health, Education, or related discipline. 3 years of experience working with vulnerable children and young people. 2 years managing or leading teams in an Out-Of-Home-Care setting.
