Description About the Role: As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing staff rosters, ensuring participants receive the best-matched support, and helping to maintain the high standard of care DESF is known for. You’ll work closely with our Area Coordinators, HR Department, and Director of Operations to ensure our workforce is efficiently aligned with participant needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage support worker rosters. Coordinate shift changes and replacements. Match participants with suitable staff based on skills, preferences, and availability. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Assist with payroll processes by maintaining accurate records of staff hours, breaks, and shift changes. Maintain compliance with NDIS, SCHADS Award, and Fair Work requirements. Use rostering systems to ensure accurate, efficient scheduling and reporting. Contribute to workforce planning and process improvements. What You’ll Bring: Strong communication and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to manage high workloads and problem-solve effectively. Understanding of WHS, EEO, and confidentiality principles. Experience with rostering systems and workforce management (preferred). A professional, solutions-focused approach to teamwork and service delivery.
