GRIT is searching for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and optimise Microsoft Azure environments that support business-critical initiatives. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions, using Azure-native services, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automation for reliable, high-quality deployments. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver secure, scalable Azure cloud architectures . Provision and manage Azure resources (compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring). Build and maintain IaC templates (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. Automate operations with PowerShell, Python, and Azure Automation . Apply Azure security, IAM, and compliance standards . Optimise cloud performance and costs, and provide L3 Azure support . Partner with teams to ensure infrastructure meets application needs. Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or similar role. Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure services and monitoring tools. Hands-on with IaC and Azure DevOps automation . Knowledge of RBAC, identity, and network security controls . Exposure to AKS, containers, and API management desirable. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications Microsoft Azure certifications highly regarded (e.g., Solutions Architect Expert, Administrator Associate, DevOps Engineer Expert). Additional certifications in cloud security, IaC, or DevOps are desirable. Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience. Keen to learn more?
