This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with established business clients and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and expert insurance advice, without the pressure of cold calling. About the Role You’ll manage and retain a portfolio of mid-market commercial and corporate clients across multiple lines. As a trusted adviser, you’ll oversee renewals, claims, risk assessments, and provide tailored solutions that genuinely support your clients’ businesses. Clients are spread out across Australia. Key Responsibilities Manage and retain a loyal portfolio of commercial clients Conduct risk reviews and collaborate with underwriters to design tailored cover Support clients through renewals and claims with a strong compliance focus Maintain accurate data and reporting across leading insurance systems Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture What You’ll Bring 7 years’ experience in the insurance sector with demonstrated experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or Account Manager Tier 1 or 2 Qualification in Insurance Broking (ANZIIF or equivalent) or Certificate IV / Diploma of Insurance Broking Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance lines Excellent relationship management and communication skills Proven ability to operate independently while collaborating within a team The Offer You’ll be based in Perth , with flexibility to meet clients on-site as needed including work from home.
