We are seeking experienced Electricians or Electrical Fitter Mechanics to join a Perth-based maintenance facility specialising in the overhaul and refurbishment of heavy mining and rail components, including traction motors, alternators, and wheel motors Roster & Shifts (with regular overtime): Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00am–2:30pm Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday | 1:30pm–10:30pm, Friday | 1:30pm–7:30pm What’s on offer: Day Shift: $59.15/hr super penalties Afternoon Shift: $70.98/hr super penalties $42.89 weekly allowance Static site Long-term contract Temp-to-perm opportunities Permanent roles available for long-term job security Key responsibilities: Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial equipment Measure journals, bores, and other critical surfaces Perform cable brazing and insulation works Conduct acceptance testing Inspect and assess components for serviceability Requirements: Trade qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Fitter Mechanic Full Australian work rights Experience with AC & DC rotating equipment (e.g. traction motors, alternators) Exposure to GE or EMD systems is desirable but not essential If this role interests you, apply now or contact Kristian at Intro Recruitment for more information.
