This role supports the integration of corporate planning, internal and external stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and continuous improvement across Council functions. As a Corporate Strategy Officer, you will plan, implement, and maintain corporate data systems to ensure the provision of meaningful information for corporate reporting, while assisting in the delivery of internal and external consultation activities related to the review, reporting, and implementation of Council’s corporate planning documents. You will also prepare briefing notes, Council reports, and submission summary reports related to corporate planning and performance, and coordinate Council’s contributions to regional planning initiatives and intergovernmental partnerships where relevant. About You We are seeking an individual who holds qualifications in public administration, communications, business or a related discipline and has experience within a local government or public sector environment. You will have the following skills and experience; High-level written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, plans, and public-facing documents. Proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders. Experience in community engagement and advocacy. Strong analytical, research and data interpretation skills. Benefits This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per week.
