Job Description We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions that support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and platform best practices, ensuring scalable and high-performing solutions for enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using CI/CD best practices Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with Salesforce standards Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization Prepare technical documentation and support user training when required Required Skills & Qualifications 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and data migration Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II) – preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
