About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with strong manual and automation testing skills to drive quality across our digital platforms. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product teams in an Agile/DevOps environment to implement robust test automation, streamline quality processes, and support continuous delivery. What You’ll Do Develop, maintain, and execute automated functional tests for system and regression testing Ensure test automation aligns with TCoE QE frameworks and standards Perform manual testing when required, ensuring complete coverage and quality Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and validate quality Log, triage, and track defects through to resolution Manage test environments and create required test data Report quality metrics and test outcomes in line with TCoE standards Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous process improvement What You’ll Bring 4 Years Solid experience in both manual and automation testing Strong proficiency in Tosca, Tosca Agentic AI, Jenkins, GitHub Experience using qTest for test management Hands-on experience testing mobile apps and web applications Experience in API testing (Postman) and debugging via Charles Proxy or similar tools Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Familiarity with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Experience with JIRA and Confluence Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a high-impact digital team working on products used by thousands Opportunity to influence testing strategy and shape best-practice automation Supportive environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and team growth
