Position Summary · Having 15 years of IT experience in software testing, QA Automation along with framework designing. · Experience on health care domain for Australia based client · Experience in multiple domains: Telecom, Banking, Consumer electronics, Supply chain management, Mobility. · Extensive expertise in designing Agile based automation framework for software functional/regression testing for mobile devices (Android & iOS), API testing, Web applications & Desktop applications. · Extensive expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium web driver, windows application driver QTP/UFT, Appium, Appium Studio. · Expert in QA automation on both process and execution front. · Experience in Legacy, web, windows, and Salesforce application with E2E Knowledge. · Deft in requirement analysis, Test Planning and Test automation for complex engagements. · Have been onshore in Denmark for designing the automation framework and for business requirement gathering, requirement elicitation and project scoping. · Acquainted with SDLC and STLC with In-depth knowledge on E2E life cycle. · Contributed to RFPs for telecom-based customers, providing estimations, planning and POCs using different automation tools. · Participation towards Test plans, solution walkthroughs with customer business and IT stakeholders · API Automation for prod and non-prod environment. · Have been in customer facing role for 10 years. Mandatory Skills · Quality Assurance Testing - Automation/SIT/UAT · Defect Prevention and Escape Defect Analysis · Risk Management · Language JAVA, Python, VB scripts, JAVA scripts, PL/SQL · Tools IntelliJ, Eclipse, QTP/UFT, Selenium web driver, Android studio, Xcode, Github · Stakeholder Management · DevOps/ CI CD · Pre-Sales and Solutioning (RFIs/ RFPs) · Client Demo and POC's · Test automation & Architect role doe design framework Roles And Responsibilities · Working as QA lead role to ensure product release seamlessly in production without any quality concern. · Daily execution of Automated batch scripts with RCA to fix the failures. · Working in Agile\Scrum Methodology, testing the application\transactions working as per the Business requirements. · Experience in project delivery with agile practices and DevOps model (CI/CD). · Working on requirement and driving test scenarios. · Ensure traceability for requirement and Test cases. · Handle and co-ordinate execution in Integration development and Automation testing · Identify test impacts, E2E Test approach, data approach and any Test co-ordination activities for the given Business requirement. · As part of Defect management and process experience, needs to participate in triage calls with internal and external stakeholders, including daily stand-ups/ Sprint meetings with stakeholders. · Responsible for implementing best QA practices and processes, automation Tools, Solutions. · Managed large and complex V&V engagements. · In-depth analysis to identify the impacted areas and document the changes. · Involved in System, regression, Database, sanity and functional testing of several modules and mentoring team members as required. · Well versed in communicating and coordination with Subject matter Expert & Business Analyst.
