Description Drive innovation-led architecture thinking, introducing modern design patterns, automation frameworks, and cloud-native accelerators to reduce delivery overhead and improve long-term maintainability. Identify architecture reuse opportunities (blueprints, modules, CI/CD templates, IaC patterns) to minimize rework, reduce cycle time, and improve overall engineering efficiency.Evaluate emerging technologies—such as AI-driven orchestration, autonomous networks, 5G/6G advanced features, and edge intelligence—to enhance solution competitiveness and customer value.Introduce metrics-driven decision-making (architecture KPIs, TCO tracking, cloud efficiency metrics) to optimize architecture choices and financial sustainability. Partner with Product Management and Customer teams to identify new value streams, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and scalable solution components that enhance recurring revenue. Apply strategic risk assessment and scenario analysis to guide technology investments that yield measurable business benefits for both customer and organization. Responsibilities Develop end-to-end customer-specific architectures across Telecom,Cloud, CNS, Openstack , and Telco workloads (5G SA/NSA, 6G readiness). Create High-Level and Low-Level Design documents with traceability to requirements. Ensure architectural alignment with industry standards and governance throughout project lifecycle. Design cloud architectures on various platforms (NCP, OCP, AWS, GCP/GKE) and provide hands-on expertise in Cloud Native technologies. Solid knowledge & Experience of cloud technologies (VNF, CNF) and related Cloud Platforms such as CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, NCP/OCP, VMware, or OpenStack. Engage with customers to capture and manage requirements, driving technical discussions and architecture reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build interoperable solutions and provide architectural guidance. Contribute to technology strategy and lead initiatives on emerging trends like Network Slicing and Edge Computing. Mentor engineering teams on best practices and drive innovation-led architecture thinking. Qualifications Must-Have: Strong background in Telecom Cloud and 5G SA/NSA Core architecture Expertise in Kubernetes, CaaS platforms, and automation tools- Ansible, Terraform Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Crossplane) Certified in Kubernetes (CKA) Solid understanding of Telco protocols and Network Slicing 4 years in solution architecture and cloud-native design Nice-To-Have: Certifications in Cloud (AWS, GCP, CNCF) or Architecture frameworks (TOGAF) Experience with AI-driven orchestration and autonomous networks Familiarity with edge computing and Cloud Native Telco Knowledge of metrics-driven decision-making and architecture KPIs
