Business Analyst – Sales and Marketing We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large business initiative across sales and marketing functions. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. This is an initial 6 month contract role based in Melbourne with a definite opportunity for extension. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, playback sessions, and review forums to ensure alignment between business and technical teams. Support solution design activities and validate designs against business requirements. Coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. Capture future-state business processes from user stories and review sessions, then document Support requirements elicitation, backlog refinement, and ongoing validation throughout the delivery lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in business projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications. Process modelling expertise , with experience documenting end-to-end processes. Requirements management experience , including elicitation, traceability, backlog refinement, and validation against solution designs. Collaborative approach, effective in workshops and working with executives, project teams, and change managers. Why Apply?
