Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics, you’ll build scalable BI solutions, uncover meaningful trends, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all levels, champion continuous improvement, and help strengthen our data governance and reporting standards. Typically in this role you will: Deliver advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics using SQL and Power BI Translate complex data requirements into impactful visualisations Provide meaningful insights and strategic recommendations to leaders Build strong relationships across AFCA and manage BI requests Champion BI best practice, governance, and continuous improvement Work end‑to‑end with IT, data engineering, and business teams using Agile methodologies
