Who You Are We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager (AEM) to lead the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across web and app platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, user experience, and delivery, understanding real user needs, validating problems, and ensuring solutions are meaningful and effective. You will own the end-to-end delivery of AEM-powered initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and acting as a key client-facing delivery lead within a broader digital program. Key Responsibilities Own the day-to-day delivery of website and/or app workstreams built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Manage delivery artefacts including backlogs, tickets, sprint planning, dependencies, and timelines. Translate business, marketing, and content requirements into clear, actionable, AEM-ready user stories and tasks. Oversee content migrations, page builds, component rollouts, and platform enhancements. Ensure solutions align with AEM best practices and digital experience standards Coordinate and lead developers, content authors, designers, and QA to ensure smooth execution. Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers. Act as the client-facing delivery lead for a defined slice of the program. Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders. Build strong, trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients. Requirements: Proven experience delivering AEM or CMS-based digital projects. Strong understanding of digital experience platforms, content management systems, and agile delivery. Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
