We are partnered with a national consultancy with a fantastic reputation in market, to support in hiring a Rehabilitation Account Manager to strengthen and develop relationships with their SME client base. We’re looking for an Allied Health professional with experience in Return to Work Case Management or Personal Injury Management who’s ready to step away from hands-on case work or billables into a relationship-focused Account Management role. This position, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, focuses on building strong partnerships with client stakeholders and maintaining account management plans for key clients. Their modern CBD offices offer the flexibility to work from home up to 3–4 days a week, depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and manage account plans for key clients Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction Skills & Experience: A tertiary qualification in health or business, or extensive, highly relevant on the job experience with demonstrated track record of high performance. Minimum 2 years of experience working in early-intervention programs and/or workers compensation and/or employer clinical services and/or experience in occupational health Prior experience with managing customer contracts and relationships is desirable Proven experience managing projects in health technology and/or product development is highly valued. Strong organisational abilities and exceptional time management skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office with a strong commitment to customer service. Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence, with the ability to conduct onsite visits as required.
