Job Description The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the effective operation of EVSE Australia’s business development activities, by coordinating sales activity, managing CRM data, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a high standard of client engagement and pipeline hygiene. Your Key Accountabilities: Sales & Client Activity Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with B2B clients, site owners, and key stakeholders Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads Support the progression of opportunities to Qualified-to-Buy and Deal-Won stage Assist Business Development Managers with follow-ups, proposals, and client communications Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot CRM Ensure all opportunities are regularly updated with correct follow-up actions, close dates, and deal information Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify outdated or stalled opportunities Support preparation of sales reports and dashboards as required Client Communication & Retention Respond to client enquiries within agreed response timeframes Conduct regular client check-ins to support retention and repeat business Coordinate internal handovers between sales, projects, and operations teams Administration & Support Provide administrative support to the sales team as required Maintain professional documentation and correspondence Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and systems
