Job Description Minor Hotels are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager – NSW to drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure revenue across our NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Field Sales, this role plays a critical part in executing group sales strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and long-term account growth. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering results across a diverse portfolio of properties. Key responsibilities Drive corporate, government, MICE and leisure sales across NSW properties Grow existing accounts while actively developing new business Implement group sales strategies to maximise room and events revenue Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and forward occupancy Manage and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face and virtual engagement Work closely with Hotel Managers, Revenue and Commercial teams Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking forums Ensure accurate reporting, data integrity and CRM management
