A well-established, design-led fashion wholesale business is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its wholesale sales function across a multi-brand portfolio. This is a senior role responsible for shaping seasonal sales strategy, managing a sales team, leading major accounts, and partnering closely with design, production and marketing to drive strong sell-in, sell-through and brand performance. The Opportunity Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, you will take ownership of wholesale performance across all brands and territories, from seasonal strategy and indent execution through to major account management, range analysis and post-sell review. Key Responsibilities Seasonal Sales & Brand Strategy Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies by brand to grow market share, presence and wholesale revenue Set and manage targets by brand, major account and territory Conduct market analysis, competitor research and new business targeting Indent Sales Management Own end-to-end indent sales performance across each season and territory Maximise sales opportunities while protecting brand integrity Ensure all customer orders are secured ahead of production deadlines Monitor sales versus prior seasons and manage cancellation rates Major Accounts & Key Relationships Oversee major wholesale accounts, ensuring optimal range, style and unit mix Analyse sell-through by store and style to drive incremental sales value Partner with marketing on launches, windows, incentives and activations Sales Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead, coach and support the sales team and agent network Work closely with brand managers, showrooms, distributors and production Support international markets and global sales initiatives as required Reporting, Systems & Analysis Deliver detailed sales reporting, range reviews and post-sell analysis Track invoiced sales versus budget and manage open and cancelled orders Utilise wholesale platforms such as JOOR to manage orders and performance Stock, Pricing & Product Input Collaborate with production and design on pricing, margins and range development Manage aged stock and clearance strategies in line with business guidelines Provide clear sell-through insights to inform future range decisions About You Proven experience in a senior fashion wholesale sales or sales management role Strong understanding of indent selling, seasonal ranges and major accounts Track record of managing multi-brand portfolios and sales teams Highly analytical, with confidence working across sell-in, sell-through and margin Strong communicator with the ability to influence across design, production and marketing Experience using wholesale platforms such as JOOR highly regarded Please contact Dan on 0431312211 or dan@jivaro.com.au for a confidential chat.
