We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Service Portfolio Manager to join our Integrated Network Environment Services (INES) team in Melbourne . A bit about your role As the Service Portfolio Manager, you will be the trusted connection between INES and its customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met with care. You will guide the prioritisation, planning and delivery of test environment services across complex projects, holding responsibility for outcomes that are aligned to Business Units and Outcome Groups. You will nurture the service vision, manage the backlog, and ensure quality by signing off deliverables, while championing improvements that make services more effective and meaningful. By fostering collaboration and encouraging transformation, you will help teams embrace customer‑centric ways of working and uplift productivity in a supportive and inclusive environment. A bit about you You are collaborative and empathetic, with experience managing service portfolios or complex programs in technical or infrastructure settings. You thrive on building strong, trusting relationships, acting as a partner who listens and responds with clarity and care. With excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you balance detail with vision, guiding prioritisation and delivery planning in ways that bring people together. Your focus on integration, continuous improvement and customer‑centricity will help shape a culture where INES services are not only efficient but also deeply valued, creating outcomes that matter for both customers and colleagues.
