Your New Role As our Capability Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of shaping how our Claims Teams and Contact Centres learn, grow, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll partner with passionate colleagues across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts, working together to identify skill gaps and create engaging programs that empower our teams to excel. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with the latest in instructional design, blending eLearning and face-to-face training to ensure every session is memorable and impactful. What You’ll Need Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating end-to-end learning and development programs for customer-facing operational teams A background in Financial Services or similarly complex, regulated environments Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging eLearning and face-to-face training using tools such as Articulate and PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to analyse skill and capability gaps, and develop targeted solutions that drive measurable improvement Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across Risk, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts A growth mindset, keen attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement Expertise in facilitating learning, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a culture of inclusion Proficiency in Office 365 applications Experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals A solid understanding of adult learning principles, including the 70-20-10 model (formal, social, and experiential learning), and how to apply these to deliver impactful training Tertiary qualifications or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
