As our highly valued Digital Optimisation & Personalisation Specialist based in Brisbane will play a critical role in shaping and driving the strategy and roadmap of Great Southern Bank’s Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Personalisation program across our digital channels—including the website, applications, and digital banking platforms. Working cross-functionally with teams across Digital, Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology, you will define and maintain a strategic backlog of CRO-led and CRO-enabling initiatives. You’ll make an impact by: Design and delivery of CRO and Personalisation Experiences You will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital experiments and personalisation initiatives—from concept and design (yourself as the designer or working with the Design team) through to build, launch, measurement, and iteration. User Research & Experimentation Testing You craft and conduct research to surface actionable customer insights and validate assumptions, using both qualitative and quantitative methods. You are proficient in user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation (PIV) to ensure accuracy and performance across all deployed experiences. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration You advocate for a customer-first, data-informed approach across the digital team and wider business. You are a trusted partner who communicates experimentation outcomes clearly and translates insights into business value. Performance, Reporting and Improvements You regularly analyse and report on experiment and personalisation performance using tools like Adobe Analytics. You identify opportunities for iteration and improvement and use insights to refine the user experience across the site and digital journeys. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Digital Experience, you contribute to a culture of continuous learning and performance uplift. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: • 3-5 years’ experience in delivering CRO digital optimisation programs that create material value for customers and organisation • Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics & Target and Braze • Experience with developing, facilitating and reporting on optimisations and experiences • Strong stakeholder communication and management skills • Strong understanding of UX principles, WCAG accessibility principles, customer psychology (in Financial Services is a plus) and digital customer behaviour • Experience in writing technical requirements and working closely with development teams, responsible for delivering experimentation and personalisation components Why Great Southern Bank?
