ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Future Pathways and Program Manager to lead and innovate within the school’s Careers Team. This pivotal role focuses on strengthening career development services, enhancing student awareness of future pathways, and supporting successful transitions to employment or further education. Working under limited direction, you will provide operational leadership, coaching, and mentoring to ensure programs align with the Careers and Transitions Team’s annual improvement plan and the school’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of the Careers Team, oversee workplace learning programs, and deliver tailored career guidance in accordance with the Careers Industry Council of Australia (CICA) standards. You will also contribute strategically to school improvement priorities, maintain compliance with legislative requirements, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders. This role requires resilience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.
