Your new role: In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and reception support to the Chronic Disease service, acting as a key point of contact for clients, clinicians and external providers. You'll support clinic coordination, appointment management, documentation and records, contributing to efficient service delivery in a busy community health environment. You will: Book and manage client appointments, confirm attendance and follow up DNAs Provide reception services including phone and face-to-face enquiries Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes and other documentation Maintain accurate client records using CHIMS, ERIC and ieMR Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and delivery of goods About you: You are a reliable and organised administrator who enjoys supporting clinical teams and delivering excellent client service. You manage competing priorities well and communicate confidently within multidisciplinary environments.
