This is a Campaign Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE role with TikTok based in Sydney, NSW, AU TikTok Role Seniority - mid level More about the Campaign Operations Manager - TikTok LIVE role at TikTok About the Team: As part of the LIVE Operations team, the Campaign Operations Manager is the driving force behind our high-impact growth initiatives across both online campaigns and offline activations. You will own the full campaign lifecycle - from strategic planning and creative design to execution and detailed post-mortem analysis. This includes designing scalable campaign models and event mechanics, managing complex cross-functional workflows, and ensuring both digital and offline campaign assets are delivered flawlessly. You will also own the TikTok LIVE ANZ Official Account strategy and operations, using it as a key amplification channel for campaigns, creator showcases, and offline events. Your success is measured by tangible uplift in platform metrics—driving creator and user behavior to accelerate revenue, engagement, and brand impact across the region. Responsibilities: - Own the planning and execution of online, offline and hybrid LIVE events, including creator meetups, industry events, and global event collaborations. Manage end-to-end offline event operations, including event concept design, timelines, vendor coordination, creator participation, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation. - Act as the central communication and execution hub. Drive cross-functional collaborations with but not limited to Product, Design, Legal, Creator Management, and Marketing to align resources, secure technical integration, and ensure campaigns and events meet business goals. - Own the TikTok LIVE ANZ Official Account content strategy and operational execution. Plan and manage the official account content calendar to support campaigns, offline events, creator showcases, and best-practice education. - Partner with Creator Management teams to ensure high-quality storytelling, consistent brand voice, and effective amplification of campaign and event highlights for content creation. - Track and optimize official account performance (views, engagement, creator impact) to ensure it meaningfully supports campaign and ecosystem goals. - Optimize existing LIVE campaign mechanisms to maximize user participation, drive revenue, and accelerate the adoption of LIVE features. Conduct thorough pre- and post-campaign analysis (including revenue uplift, viewership, and creator participation rates, etc). - Apply Curiosity & Creativity to track local ANZ and global industry trends, translating emerging market insights into compelling campaign/event concepts that enhance the TikTok LIVE brand. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale user-centric campaigns, events, or content promotions, preferably within the internet/tech or entertainment industry. - A track record of proven success in a project management or execution role, with strong organizational skills and a bias for action. - Strong logical thinking & data analysis skills with the ability to measure campaign ROI, segment user data, and synthesize clear findings from complex datasets. - Practical understanding of the live streaming landscape, mobile entertainment, and core monetization levers (e.g., gifting, subscriptions). Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for TikTok, LIVE streaming, mobile entertainment, and the creator economy. - Demonstrated experience in translating creative concepts and emerging local market trends into executable campaign logistics. - Experience working with live streaming platforms or digital marketing campaigns. - Proven ability to influence and align outcomes across diverse, cross-functional teams without direct authority.
