About the Venue New Japanese restaurant in the heart of Putney Modern, relaxed dining with a focus on quality and consistency Small, hands-on team where everyone has an impact Roles Available Wait staff / section waiters Hosts / runners Bartenders (basic cocktails, beer, wine) Kitchen hands Junior cooks (Japanese experience a bonus) What You'll Be Doing Welcoming guests and providing warm, attentive service Taking orders, running food and drinks, resetting tables Supporting bar service and basic POS operation (FOH roles) Assisting chefs with prep, dishwashing and cleaning (BOH roles) Working closely with the team to deliver smooth, efficient service What We're Looking For Previous hospitality experience is strongly preferred Clear communicator, team player and calm under pressure Evening and weekend availability is essential Reliable, punctual and willing to learn Full working rights in Australia What's On Offer Be part of a brand new opening team Flexible casual hours, with potential for more as the venue grows Supportive owners and a positive team culture
