Offering a full range of event management services, the Agency supports the planning and execution of conferences, incentives, and other memorable experiences. They are looking for their next Event Manager to join their small but mighty team. Position Terms: Full-Time, Permanent Role Hybrid Working Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus super (depending on experience) The Role: The Event Manager will lead the planning and execution of corporate events and conferences across APAC. The Event Manager will oversee all aspects of event planning, from concept development to post-event reporting. Key Responsibilities include; Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, AV providers, and other suppliers. Develop and monitor event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Collaborate with internal teams across Australia, plus suppliers and venue partners, ensuring all events are delivered seamlessly with shared success. Provide hands-on support during events, including managing staff, suppliers, and troubleshooting issues. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication. Ensure all events adhere to company standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements. The Candidate: The successful candidate will have experience working as a Senior Event Coordinator or Event Manager within an Events Agency in a client-facing role. Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role. Ability to work collaboratively in a small organisation with many stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and EventsAIR. Excellent written and oral communication. Customer-centric approach to how you approach tasks and how you communicate. Excellent event budgeting skills with proven track record of delivering events within budget. Exceptional attention to detail. Sound time management and multi-tasking skills. Ability to juggle multiple events with ease, grace, and a sense of humour. Ability to work outside of hours for events when required. Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events when required.
