The Opportunity This strategic job is based in Belair, Adelaide, and reports directly to the Director of People & Culture. You will operate as an internal consultant, closely partnering with leaders to develop and facilitate a people agenda that supports the organisation's future needs, grounded in core values like Caring, Enabling Others, and Community. Key areas of responsibility include: You will be instrumental in building leadership capability, enhancing organisational culture, and ensuring robust compliance across all people matters. Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession mapping, retention strategies, and identifying critical development needs. ER & Coaching: Provide expert, timely P&C advice and coaching, actively supporting and resolving complex Industrial Relations (IR) activities. Performance & Leadership: Embed effective performance management frameworks and proactively coach managers to build their leadership capacity. Project Execution: Own and contribute to strategic HR projects from end-to-end, delivering measurable impact across the organisation. Compliance: Champion initiatives that strengthen organisational culture while ensuring all HR processes comply with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements. What You Will Bring (Essential) Experience: Proven, current experience in a Human Resource Business Partnering function is essential. Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency across HR disciplines, particularly Employee/Industrial Relations and Recruitment, underpinned by solid knowledge of statutory requirements. Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex performance issues end-to-end and execute strategic P&C pieces effectively across the Leadership team. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field is required (AHRI professional membership is highly regarded). Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills for dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
