The PS Murray Princess is the largest inland paddle wheeler in the Southern Hemisphere. Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7 night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world. We are busy and need more staff immediately; therefore, please do not delay in applying. About the Role This permanent position is an integral part of the Murray Princess operation. The position involves all aspects of food and beverage service, including all preparation tasks for set-up and clean-up, and providing excellent customer service. The position also involves cleaning duties in the dining room and galley. On changeover days (Friday and Monday mornings) you will also assist with cabin housekeeping (bed making, linen changeover and cleaning bathrooms). The roster for this role is 14.5 days on/ 13.5 days off; therefore, availability would be required to work onboard the Murray Princess for this roster period. This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, and multi-skilling and time management. The Waiter/Waitress will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethic. All meals and accommodation when rostered on duty are provided. Transport from Adelaide CBD to Mannum is provided if required.
