We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Business Analyst to join our enterprise client on a national project. This role is based in Adelaide. These are initial 3 month contracts with a view to extend working on a large program of work. You must be available to interview immediately to start at the beginning of February. Responsibilities: Gather the business, technology and compliance requirements to ensure that the gap is bridged between both teams. Identify gaps and improvements and recommend technology enablement. Ensure that detailed documentation is captured as required. Conduct a detailed gap analysis using 'AS-IS-TO-BE' methodologies. Produce process flows, user stories and workflows in addition to system documentation. Collaborate effectively with both the technical and business teams throughout the program lifecycle to ensure that deadlines are met as required. Experience / Skills Required: Strong experience working in a Business Analyst role with a strong focus on process improvement. Previous experience / good understanding of ServiceNow application. Experience working on compliance related projects would also be highly desirable. Good experience working in a large enterprise environments. Experience working with Lean process improvement. Ability to document detailed requirements and communicate it back to business and technical team using process maps, workflows and supporting documentation. Ability to recommend lean process / technical improvements, and operational efficiencies. Experience in documenting risk assessment and process improvement and transition into BAU. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels including junior team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must have full working rights in Australia.
