Position Overview Job Title : Project Coordinator – High-End Residential Housing Location : South Yarra, VIC Employment Type : Permanent Full-Time ($80,000–$110,000 plus super) Hours : 40–55 hours per week Key Responsibilities Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules and milestones. Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate with consultants and trades. Oversee project budgets and implement effective cost control strategies. Manage resources and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery. Ensure on-site quality control and compliance with all regulations. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities. Proactively resolve issues to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum. About You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end residential project management. Strong understanding of custom construction processes and regulatory frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
