Drawing Office Manager – Mechanical / HVAC Location: North Melbourne | Full-Time A well-established mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced Drawing Office Manager to lead its in-house drafting and BIM function. Based in North Melbourne, this role plays a critical part in the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC projects across Victoria. You will manage a team of drafters and BIM technicians, oversee documentation standards, and ensure coordinated, construction-ready drawings are issued in line with project programs. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong technical knowledge and people management skills.
