About the role We are seeking a highly organised and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as Approvals, Environment and Heritage Administrator. This pivotal role ensures seamless operations by managing documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communications, enabling the Approvals, Environment and Heritage team to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will excel under pressure, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and demonstrate initiative to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and supporting critical functions while undertaking the following responsibilities: Work Scheduling & Allocation: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and monitor project deadlines. Document Preparation & Management: Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence; maintain accurate records and databases. Operations Management: Support day-to-day operations, monitor workflows, and assist with procurement and contract administration. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners; coordinate communications and support consultation events. Administration: Provide general office support, manage travel and expenses, and ensure compliance with established processes.
