About the role Champion the CFC’s administration incl Payroll and Accounts Payable Site Facility, Equipment, and Access Maintenance Support the team to deliver an amazing customer experience! The Officeworks Perth WA distribution centre is a leader in fulfilling e-Commerce orders in in the growing Omni-Channel retail market. We have a high focus on maintaining and improving safety for the team and customer satisfaction, whilst maintaining an ongoing focus and delivery on continuous improvement. Integral to our DC’s operations is the Administration Lead role focusing on all key operational aspects including Payroll, Labour Planning, Accounts processing, Consumables in addition to office, site access, facilities, and safety administration management. Additional key areas of focus: • Provide administrative support to all areas of the DC operations and associated reporting • Accounts processing of all invoices, including month end accruals • Support the Operations Manager with building weekly rosters for the entire site in conjunction with KPIs • Ensure Payroll is signed off in a timely manner with minimal pay issues/queries • Ensure all consumables are in stock and maintained within budget • Follow up and analyse NPS feedback as well as prepare reports • Maintain current offers, processes, policies, and procedures • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Supply Chain business practices About you This key administrative role would be a great next step for a Team Member with 2 years customer service experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, keen to progress their career in our dynamic Supply Chain team. An aptitude and experience with administration coupled with a strong attention to detail, accuracy and excellent time management will see you shine in this role. Key considerations: • Strong service ethic and problem solving skills • Strong data administration skills with attention to detail • Confident and clear communication skills • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; SAP would also be favourable • Prior exposure to a warehouse environment would be well regarded with tertiary study in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
