A role with unique responsibilities Combining your phlebotomy and administration skills, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support across both clinical and administrative areas. You will be based in our Mulgrave Clinic, with travel to other MUFW sites as required. Your responsibilities will include: Providing calm, supportive phlebotomy services to patients Managing patient bookings, triaging calls and emails, and delivering exceptional front-desk service Supporting the patient services team with administrative tasks and accurate data entry Collecting consent forms, conveying low-risk test results, and maintaining accurate patient records Packing and dispatching pathology samples in line with protocols Ensuring clinic consumables are stocked and compliance standards are met Are you the ideal candidate for us? Our Phlebotomist/ Patient Services Coordinators will be sensitive to the needs of patients and will support their wellbeing through timely and considered communication. Ideally you will bring the following: Certificate in Pathology or Phlebotomy A proficient venepuncture technique Previous medical reception or healthcare administrative experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work cohesively within a multi-disciplinary team Superior time management skills with proven ability to multitask Previous medical/specialist reception and administrative experience Valuing each and every one of our employees Leading the evolution of care also means caring for our people.
