A role with unique responsibilities As a key part of our Patient Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate, detail-oriented care that enhances every stage of the patient experience. This position will require you to work across our Front Desk and Medical Reporting teams, giving you the opportunity to support patients both in-person and behind the scenes. You’ll be based at our Mulgrave Clinic but may be required to work across other sites when necessary. Under the guidance of your Clinic Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Preparing Medical Reports under the guidance of the Reporting Coordinator Triaging incoming calls and emails Managing patient bookings and monitoring clinic appointments Accurate data entry into the patient management system Providing general administrative support to the team Delivering exceptional caring service to all patients Collecting consent forms and updating and maintaining accurate patient records Liaising with external GP's, specialists and their staff Preparing consulting rooms and the clinic for the day Providing ongoing support to sonographers, sonologists and genetic counsellors Are you the ideal candidate for us?
