Head of Talent Sydney CBD - 1 Day WFH Full-Time We are looking for a Head of Talent to join a leading, multi-site retail organisation. This role is responsible for shaping how the business attracts, develops, and retains talent across Retail, Distribution Centres, and Head Office. Reporting to the GM, People & Culture, this position will define and deliver the ANZ talent strategy, build leadership capability, and create sustainable succession pipelines to support ongoing growth, peak trading periods, and network expansion. This role suits a commercially minded talent leader with the credibility to influence at executive level, the ability to leverage data and market insight, and the leadership capability to build high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
