We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Capability Lead who will be responsible for designing and delivering a cohesive learning and development strategy that supports the growth, capability, and career progression of our workforce. Design an evidence-based leadership capability framework tailored to Better Rehab’s leadership pathways. Partner with stakeholders to embed the framework into performance reviews, succession planning, and career conversations. Lead the rollout and change management process to ensure adoption and integration across teams. Own and optimise onboarding workflows to ensure a consistent, engaging experience for new starters. Manage and evolve Better Rehab’s e-learning platform. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to ensure learning content is relevant, up-to-date and evidence-based. Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations in adult learning, clinical education, and leadership development. Champion a Culture of Continuous Learning across the organisation. About you You are passionate about making a difference! Tertiary qualifications in Training, HR, Education, Psychology, or Business. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms. Proven ability to build frameworks and pathways for professional and leadership development.
