The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards. The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O is responsible for providing centres of excellence for enterprise-wide functions including Strategy Execution, Delivery, Organisational Change Management and Data Governance. Your Responsibilities: For all agreed improvements, take end-to-end change ownership including planning/scheduling, detailed discovery of current state, designing future state processes, conducting stakeholder engagement activities, completing timely reporting and progress updates, gaining all required approvals, coordinating implementation including change management activities, and measuring/monitoring changes for successful adoption and embedment. Independently adhere to defined processes, policies, and design guidelines, ensuring compliance to all defined standards and alignment with team and One ASX Strategy. Together with the Manager of Enterprise Transformation, contribute to a collaborative One ASX Culture through building strong relationships with internal ASX Stakeholders A ctively contribute to continuous improvement of team ways of working Contribute to prioritisation and planning of transformation activities Nice to have skills: Senior Stakeholder Management (Executive and Senior Leadership teams) Professional experience with leadership/executive forums, including preparation, participation, coordination, and follow-up Strong working experience in collaboration and productivity tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, etc) Business Optimisation Experience using Lean/Agile concepts We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
