ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking a Senior Manager – People Systems & Experience to lead their People Operations function during an exciting period of transformation. This is a senior leadership role combining HR Business Partnering, People Systems ownership, and AI-driven innovation across the employee lifecycle. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead the People Operations team across Australia and the Philippines, providing strategic and operational oversight while championing modern, scalable people practices. DUTIES Lead and develop the People Operations team Own employee relations matters, performance processes, and manager support Drive people policy, governance, and compliance across the organisation Act as a senior HR partner to leaders across the business Own and optimise HR systems and platforms (HRIS) Oversee people data, reporting, and insights to support business decisions Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned to business growth Champion the use of AI across the employee lifecycle Identify opportunities to automate workflows and build AI-enabled solutions (e.g. employee lifecycle bots) Partner with internal stakeholders to embed practical, value-adding AI tools No coding required — curiosity, systems thinking, and enthusiasm for AI is key SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Senior HR leader or HR Business Partner with strong operational grounding Experience owning or partnering closely with HR systems and people data Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution Curious and forward-thinking, with a genuine interest in AI and future-of-work tools Able to thrive in a role that blends multiple disciplines traditionally split in the market WHY THIS ROLE This is a rare opportunity to step into a three-in-one leadership role with real scope to shape how People, Systems, and AI come together at scale.
