About the role: We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused People & Culture Coordinator to support the smooth running of our P&C function. Reporting to the Shared People Services Manager and working closely with our Systems & Reporting Coordinator, this role is central to keeping our processes, systems and team operations running seamlessly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating and administration, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work within a collaborative P&C team. What you’ll be doing: You’ll support the day-to-day operations of the P&C team, including: Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, including the management of key aspects of the employee lifecycle Coordinating P&C communications such as internal intranet posts, newsletters, attendance tracking, and general team comms Assisting with P&C programs and events, including the organisation of end-of-year gifting and service awards, recognition days, and our Cudos peer recognition program Providing systems and reporting support, including Workit administration – our recruitment and onboarding platform – Survey Monkey set-up/reporting, and general people data reporting Supporting L&D administration, including maintaining the LMS, updating employee records, and assisting ad hoc L&D tasks Contributing to policy updates, engagement initiatives, and general coordinator tasks across the P&C team Most importantly, you’ll be part of a supportive team where your contribution genuinely enables smooth and efficient P&C operations across the organisation. Ideally you will bring the role: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Fundamental understanding of the basics in recruitment and HR practices Previous experience in administration or coordination Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Confidence using MS Office Suite and Canva, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly Ability to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously and be self-driven A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities A team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in and support where needed.
