About the role We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Tech Enablement & Platforms to lead our technology operations and drive digital transformation across core enterprise platforms. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll shape the future of technology enablement, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and ready to support business growth. You’ll oversee platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, and Mulesoft, lead a high-performing team, and partner with business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and operational excellence. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a team of technology professionals and third-party partners. Define and execute technology enablement strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee delivery and lifecycle management of core platforms. Drive automation and integration initiatives for efficiency and scalability. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with governance and cybersecurity standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology-driven innovation. What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading IT teams and managing enterprise platforms. Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, integration platforms, and CRM systems. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AWS, and Mulesoft. Ability to drive automation and digital transformation initiatives. Experience managing budgets, risks, and vendor relationships.
