This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance operational efficiency with commercial growth. Job Responsibilities: Planning and managing product range, inventory availability, and quality of service to align with customer expectations and business objectives. Developing and implementing purchasing, pricing, and marketing strategies, including advertising and promotional activities to drive sales. Selling products and advising customers on usage, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, expenses, and financial transactions for effective business management. Managing production levels based on demand, ensuring the consistent quality and safety of baked goods. Overseeing inventory and supplier coordination, including ordering stock, managing ingredients, and introducing new products. Ensuring all products and operations comply with food safety, health, and occupational safety regulations. Preparing budgets and applying cost control measures to maximize profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses. Designing combo deals and special offers to boost customer engagement and sales performance. Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff, ensuring effective on boarding, development, and daily performance. Resolving operational issues and customer complaints efficiently, maintaining smooth operations and service excellence. Promoting the business's products and services through targeted marketing efforts, community engagement, and strategic branding to attract and retain customers. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Leadership and Management (or related field). At least 1 year of experience working as a Retail Manager. Strong leadership, organisational, and people-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities.
