Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students, addressing individual needs to promote positive educational outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, guidance officers, and external agencies to develop and implement effective student support strategies. Assist in monitoring and improving student attendance, behaviour, and overall engagement. Contribute to the development and delivery of programs aimed at enhancing student wellbeing and resilience. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student support activities. Participate in school events and initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive school culture. Desirable Skills And Qualifications Demonstrated experience in supporting students in an educational setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of child development and strategies to support students' social and emotional needs. Proficiency in record-keeping and report preparation.
