The Opportunity: $75 per hour flat rate super Monday to Friday roster Optional Saturday overtime available 50–60 hours per week for those wanting extra hours Long-term, ongoing position Modern, well-equipped Forrestfield workshop About the Role: As Workshop Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy heavy vehicle workshop. You’ll lead a team of trades, coordinate workflow, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining strong communication with service and parts teams. This role suits someone with hands-on heavy vehicle experience who enjoys leading from the front and keeping a workshop running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support technicians and apprentices in a high-volume workshop Allocate jobs, manage workflow, and ensure deadlines are met Maintain quality control across repairs, servicing, and warranty work Ensure all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards Liaise with service advisors, parts, and management Assist with technical problem-solving where required Drive productivity, efficiency, and team performance What We’re Looking For: Trade background in Heavy Vehicle, Diesel Fitting, Auto Electrical, or similar Proven experience in a Workshop Supervisor / Leading Hand role Strong knowledge of trucks or heavy vehicle equipment Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Strong organisational and communication skills Safety-focused mindset Why Apply?
