Worley are looking for a Commissioning Manager with direct relevant experience in onshore oil and gas facility experience. The Commissioning Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of all pre-commissioning / commissioning activities for multiple projects working in the Perth Office. This position will follow the Worley Completions Framework to deliver a seamless facility testing, commissioning and start up process that focuses on the end user (i.e. the Operator / Client). The Commissioning Manager will have a team of commissioning personnel as direct reports to support the overall project’s needs. What you'll do Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance for all personnel and facilities under their control during Pre-commissioning and Commissioning. Implement project safety management systems and ensure compliance with HSE standards Assist in investigation all incidents/accidents and near misses and present reports accordingly. Promote safety and environmental awareness through inductions, training, inspection and promotions. Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in alignment with project schedules and budgets Ensure compliance with engineering procedures, international codes, standards & approved codes of practice Provide input and develop Commissioning logic block diagrams (CCLBD) Monitor the Contractor’s equipment installation and pre-commissioning activities and ensure these are executed in accordance with the project HSE, technical specifications, quality standards and procedures defined in the contracts. Monitor material and equipment delivery and ensure storage, preservation and maintenance are performed and recorded, in line with vendor requirements. Review and comment on the Contractor’s documents for equipment including method statements, ITPs, work procedures and practices. Prepare relevant equipment/system commissioning/energisation and testing procedures. Ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are properly organised, scheduled and conducted in a structured and safe manner, to test and certify that the installed equipment/systems, comply with the agreed performance parameters indicated in the design documents and specifications. Responsible for the Commissioning team and to oversee training, competency, supervision and Commissioning Staff Mobilisation Plan Interfacing and coordination with the DCS & Automation Commissioning Coordinator Applies comprehensive knowledge of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and completions to ensure successful execution of the overall project plan Cooperate and support the Client Operations team in the execution of Commissioning & Start-up activities What you'll have Completed a University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Have a strong Electrical and Instrumentation background Proven experience in commissioning/completions, including site supervision and project management. Experience with Orbit CMS. (Completions Management Systems) Experience in onshore or offshore oil and gas facilities highly desirable. Have participated in Constructability, Operability and Maintainability Workshops.
