Sales Manager - Defence Industry A specialist manufacturing business are looking for a Sales Manager to lead their growth and expansion of current clients. This business operates in multiple industries but the ideal person would have a background or understanding of how to sell into Defence. Responsibilities of your new role Create and execute a sales plan to retain and grow revenue and win new business. Develop and execute strategies for market share growth and customer retention. Support and guide sales teams in new business acquisition and client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value. Prepare presentations for sales meetings, network within the industry and gather market intelligence to boost brand visibility. Configure tailored product/service solutions and negotiate agreements within defined commercial parameters. Accurately input and manage customer data in CRM to support retention, development, and reporting. Work with internal teams as the customer advocate to enhance service delivery. Support a safety-first culture and ensure a healthy working environment. Experience, Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership experience with a veteran background or previous expertise in a sales management role. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
