The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inventory Analyst to play a key role in supporting our inventory operations through effective use of ERP systems and data-driven reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement to make a tangible impact on inventory accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the business. You’ll work closely with the Inventory Manager, IT, and operational teams to support system performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support ERP system configuration, testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and operations teams. Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to support business decision-making. Assist with inventory reconciliations, including cycle counts, variance analysis, and discrepancy investigations. Monitor inventory transactions and ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, supporting implementation where required. Develop tools, templates, and system-based solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability for inventory users. Why Noumi?
