Supervisor / Site Manager - Builder Developer - Bella Vista What’s On Offer Work for a builder who truly values the customer experience A solid, supportive management structure Solid pipeline of future developments Brand new vehicles been ordered (BT50 with canopy & racks) Overview Of The Role Head office Bella Vista Residential home builder who are a subsidiary of a successful land developer Fully Australian-owned; Directors are super entrepreneurial Currently have over 20 staff (and growing) and going in their 4th year of operation They focus on H&L, partnering with their development arm who have 8 developments in the pipeline In addition, they also offer services for contract builds (vacant land or KDR) and some new ventures include Spec Builds A company that has a high emphasis on the customer journey and quality A genuine, supportive and approachable senior management team who operate an ‘open door’ policy Build cost circa $1m per home - sale value $2m The company has a big emphasis on quality and all Supervisors are required to conduct QA checks at key milestones of the build such as slab, frame, brickwork, final inspection This role suits an experienced Supervisor (5-10 years of experience and have managed own projects) in the volume housing space Manage multiple projects across the Norwest / Hills District In addition, the ideal candidates will be driven by having complete autonomy and responsibility for their own projects, understanding that build times are tighter than usual being a spec build project Ideally looking for a trade background but also open to other academic backgrounds as long as Site Management experience is strong Computer literacy is paramount to keep all projects up to date on OnSite Companion Salary range $120k - $130k Super Car Laptop $100 per month phone allowance Key Responsibilities The allocation of materials and trades to site to ensure timely construction of homes Ensuring that homes are built in accordance with contractual arrangements and approved drawings Inspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanship Ensuring that homes are completed on time and within the allocated budget Ensuring construction is carried out safely and in accordance with company processes and systems Ensuring Trades understand and are complying with the company Safety Management System and the WH&S legislation and internal operating systems Conduct QA checks at key milestones Ensuring that the required documentation and paperwork is completed during the building process Requirements To Apply Trade background is preferred but also open to other academic backgrounds like Cert 4, Diploma or Degree in Building/Construction 3-10 years experience as a Supervisor/Site Manager role for a volume home builder Highly organised and driven to manage own project and Good level of computer literacy with experience working on programs like Onsite Companion Experience in conducting QA checks throughout the build process How to Apply To send in an application, please hit ‘Apply’ and attach resume or alternatively, if you have any questions about the role or company, please ‘Call’ Claire Boland on 0485 884714
