They are experiencing sustained growth across NSW and are known for their strong internal structure, collaborative culture, and long-term pipeline of work. The Role: This is a senior level estimating opportunity initially spanning both sales and production estimating, with a clear transition into a full-time tendering and senior sales estimator role. The position will focus heavily on pricing medium-density projects, including full BOQs, site costs, tenders, and upgrades. Approximately 60% of the role will be sales-focused initially, with 40% production exposure, before transitioning fully into tendering and senior sales estimating. You will work closely with the Estimating Manager and Senior Project Manager, pricing from scratch rather than simply managing variations, and handling multiple dwellings rather than standalone homes. This role requires strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders to tight deadlines. About You: You will be a well-rounded Estimator with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in residential construction. You are comfortable pricing projects from the ground up and have experience across medium-density or multi-dwelling developments. Backgrounds from project home builders are suitable, provided you are confident working across grouped housing. You will be proficient in Databuild and Planswift, highly organised, and able to multitask while working to deadlines.
