Contracts Administrator - Medium Density Projects - National Builder Developer Are you a detail-driven Contracts Administrator with experience in residential or medium-density projects? We’re working with a leading national builder/developer who is looking for an experienced CA to join their growing team, working across medium density developments. About the Company: My clients has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality medium density projects across NSW. With a strong pipeline of work and an emphasis on innovation, quality, and client satisfaction, they are a market leader in their field. As a Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple medium-density projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts Manage variations, progress claims, purchase orders, and cost reports Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers, and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and company policies Provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting Assist in procurement and tendering processes Resolve contractual disputes and issues promptly Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants What You’ll Need: Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator within residential, medium-density or commercial construction Solid understanding of contract law, construction processes, and financial reporting Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite What’s On Offer Join a well established, national builder developer, surrounded by three other PM's and report to the Senior PM Strong pipeline of medium density projects Opportunities for career growth and development Supportive, dynamic team environment Salary: $90k - $120k Super To send in an application, please hit ‘Apply’ and attach resume or alternatively, if you have any questions about the role or company please ‘Call’ Corrina Mckinnel on 0410 859 186.
